Airport Director of Operations, Policy and PlanningThe Airport's Director of Operations, Policy and Planning is Gary Hodgetts.
Gary is responsible for environmental issues - including noise, air quality and track-keeping - and for Airport Safeguarding. Such issues should be raised with him in the first instance.

The Airport's Community Relations Manager is Elizabeth Hegarty.
Elizabeth joined the Airport in 2004 via the Graduate Training Scheme. On completion of the scheme Elizabeth successfully applied for a post as Community Relations Executive and was appointed in the Autumn of 2005. She took over as the Team's manager in February 2007. Rupal Patel joined the Airport's Community Relations team at the beginning of January 2009. Previously she worked in another community role with Thurrock District Council in Essex as part of their Anti Social Behavior Team. Rupal's main focus is on consultation and communication, secondary, further, higher and adult education programmes (particularly those including basic skills), health and wellbeing projects and delivery of the community related commitments in the section 106 agreement.

Kellie Heath, who has a degree in Air Transport Management, joined London City Airport from TUI Customer Services.
